We used Logo Gear as our swag vendor of choice. THIS IS THE WAY TO GO. You do not want to be handling the marketing swag logistics on your own… unless of course, that is your specialty or a core strength. It was definitely not my strength, but I had to jump in due to a turnover on the planning board. Susan with Logo Gear was my savior!

In my world of software lead generation marketing I depend greatly on vendors to deliver quality products and services at a budget conscience price. After an almost 10 year relationship with Logod Gear I experience a true partnership and they are my go to team on an almost a weekly basis. These guys work quickly and diligently to present the best pricing for the highest of quality items. On one occasion after I placed an order for a branded chocolate item Shannon found the same item at a better cost and passed that savings along to me. In the department of lifesaving - last year my boss wanted 200 t-shirts with front and back printing to be delivered to the west coast in six days. Done! Several years ago we began working together on campaign fulfillment, custom packaging, printing and shipping. These campaigns have consistently delivered above industry standard response results leading to significant sales increases. In turn other verticals within my company have used Logod Gear experiencing the same results. I dont think there has ever been a time that the Logod Gear team has said no to any of my out of the box type requests. Susan at Logo'd Gear went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced! She dealt with the odd needs of my staff uniform without any hesitation, she went out of way on several occasions to help us with our order. Her knowledge of the products offered was amazing and SO helpful!! Shannon was also of great assistance when it came to setting up the payment process with me, as a new manager it was my first time ordering uniforms as well as setting up a new vendor for our company, she made everything easy to understand and streamlined. The shirts came out great. The entire team at Logo'd Gear is AWESOME!!! This will now be my go to vendor for any of our company's logo'd needs!!!

Once again I just wanted to say thanks to you and Bo for your quality customer service, quality work, and willingness to take care of my problem in such a timely fashion. You guys have no idea what I was up against with my manufacture concerning the time frame of getting this done. Let's just say that it made the difference between being able to run the order now, or being pushed out another two months. Thank you again so much for everything! We sold out of the gray and blue t-shirts! Only about 10 white left too! I have notes for next year to do the same on the white order, but with more 2xl’s. For the blue and the charcoal – they really were almost the same color so next year we will do maybe twice as many heather charcoal and then maybe that same amount in a heather brown or a brick red. I loved the color t-shirts. I cant thank you enough – you are awesome! I’m sure you won’t miss hearing from me until next year! Hope to see you soon! I mailed the check yesterday.

I will be forever grateful to you guys for helping correct our mistake on the T-shirt designs. As it turns out, I was never copied on an email showing the design change, so I was still going on the original design. Regardless, I was willing to take full responsibility for what would have been a monumental mistake. Luckily, I didn't have to, because you bailed us out. Thanks Logo’d Gear for the ‘attention to detail’ and ‘go the extra mile’ embroidered shirts. When I came to Bo Rhinehardt and said, ‘I want some shirts with my logo’. He worked with me on what that meant and created branded shirts that were noticeable. 1st of all, my logo is not ‘easy’ to reproduce. He took the time and effort to get it precisely accurate. This meant having to get material he didn’t have and take extra time in getting it to look perfect. Also, he knows me and knows I like to wear sport coats. Well, with the ‘traditional’ placing of the logo, it would not have been noticed. He encouraged and I agreed to put the logo on the front , middle of the shirt between the buttons. It is really cool and EVERYBODY comments on it. I really appreciate that. Oh, by the way, I didn’t notice his prices to be any more than anyone else, but his value is much higher. I highly recommend Logo’d Gear for your promotional products, especially apparel.

Hi Bo, Everything went absolutely perfectly with the jackets and bags - they arrived on time and were organized perfectly in the boxes - it really helped to have the sizes of the jackets on the outside of the boxes. The jackets and bags looked fabulous and we had more compliments this year than any other. Now we're already looking at FiRe 2007. I am thinking black windbreakers or light zipper / snap up jackets in the same price range as the jackets this year. Can you help look for something along those lines for me? These are always good things to have for the attendees to wear on the annual Dinner Cruise.
